Pearl Jam was first on the bill for Smashing Pumpkins and Red Hot Chili Peppers. I honestly, don't think anyone at the show had heard of them at the time. But they really stole the show and like a week later "Alive" is all over the radio and the rest was history. So glad I got to see them and photograph them right before the became huge!
